Local construction company, Revolution Builders, has purchased and will be renovating the Lancaster City property at 20-24 North Mulberry Street into its new headquarters facility. Revolution Builders focuses on providing quality residential real estate improvements for exterior, interior, and addition construction projects. The company will spend about $425,000 to purchase and renovate the property. Additional companies including Mary Hoyer Doll Co. and Hingework Inc. will be tenants in the building.
EDC Finance teamed with Fulton Bank to provide a financing package that included a long term fixed interest rate loan through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority in the amount of $182,500. Check out the Revolution Builders’ company website here.
