River Rock Opens in City of Lancaster

River Rock Academy a Pennsylvania Department of Education established academic school, has opened their new campus in the City of Lancaster. This new location will provide alternative education services to eligible students in grades 6^th through 12^th, elementary services to eligible students in grades 1-6 and secondary special education services to eligible students in grades 7^th-12^th from Lancaster County School Districts. EDC Finance provided a $1,065,000 SBA 504 loan to the project to complement senior financing from First National Bank.
