Ingham’s Powder Coating, a family owned and operated business since 1989, recently received an SBA 504 and a SBF loan through EDC Finance to help fund the relocation, expansion and addition of equipment for their business. Given the success of the operation, the owners, Kyle and Barbara Ingham, were looking for a larger facility so they could increase production, better serve their customers and incorporate a new product line.

With the help of an SBA 504 loan, Ingham’s was able to purchase a 17,000 square foot industrial building to house their growing operation. Ingham’s will relocate their commercial operations to a building not far from their current home, keeping the business in the Denver area.

Working in conjunction with Susquehanna Bank, EDC Finance secured a 10 percent equity injection, allowing the company to retain valuable working capital to continue business growth.

Ingham’s specializes in refinishing everything from lawn furniture to motorcycle frames, with the ability to burn-off and sand-blast items, making them a one stop shop.
