David and Andrew Neff embarked on a venture to create a one of kind craft beer and provisions store in Lancaster County in 2012. Their dream entailed reusing a vacant building on Landis Avenue in Manheim Township. The Neffs did extensive renovation work and in the process rehabilitated a building have helped to revitalized a neighborhood.
Working in conjunction with Susquehanna Bank, EDC Finance secured a 20 year fixed interest rate to help mitigate future interest rate risk. The SBA 504 loan enabled the Neffs to drastically renovate the space to meet their needs, including the addition of outdoor seating and indoor space designed to showcase the wide range of products they feature.
With the construction complete Hunger-n-Thirst opened its doors on May 28th and is showcasing an extensive food and beverage menu, as well a specialty food store and a take out bottle shop.
