EDC Finance goes “All Aboard” with the Red Caboose Motel & Restaurant

The iconic Red Caboose Motel will reopen its train doors this spring with a fresh look and energized new ownership. Tyler and Todd Prickett bought the renowned 9.3-acre site and are investing additional funds toward remodeling the train cars, restaurant, and gift shop. Its seasonal closing allowed the Pricketts to carry out renovations with little impact to expected business. In collaboration with Orrstown Bank, EDC Finance Corporation helped finance the purchase and renovation of the property through a $577,000 SBA 504 loan.
