Congratulations to ReBath of Lancaster! EDC Finance administered an SBA 504 loan to assist in their relocation. We were proud to join them in September during their Grand Opening celebration.

Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Finance Authority met on September 19th. They approved several loans including Epsucheolige and Curtis Hoffman. EDC Finance Corporation assisted the Hoffman’s in acquiring a $400,000, 15-year agriculture loan through PIDA at a 2.75% rate.
