Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Finance Authority met on September 19th. They approved several loans including Epsucheolige and Curtis Hoffman. EDC Finance Corporation assisted the Hoffman’s in acquiring a $400,000, 15-year agriculture loan through PIDA at a 2.75% rate.
